Hi! My name is Alex Leif.  I am currently in the process of getting a bachelor’s degree in International Studies with a minor in history.  I applied to the EDGE program primarily to build my professional experience but also to get involved at DePaul.  I believe writing is very important and I also want to help others develop this crucial skill; this why the UCWBL was in my top 3.  By far my favorite UCWBL belief is “there is no universal writing process”.  I have found this to be resoundingly true throughout my writing experiences.  I hope you enjoy my work!
