As a graduate student at my doctoral institution, I was a beloved teacher. Students loved me and I loved them back. So, when I came to DePaul in 2012, I was confident that I was going to have a fan following with students rolling over each other to get in my classes. Well, that dream (or self-obsession) didn't last long.

 

The TLCP workshops helped me realize what I was doing wrong and how I could remedy the situation by following one simple idea "The Flipped Classroom!" Below, I share some big concepts, tips, and tactics that helped me win that lost love I was craving for.
