    Says: "Hi Alison, Thank you for sharing your great EoW! Your example of work is so honest. I think it is important to share the experiences where one learns from frustration- perhaps more important than success stories. Your EoW showed me your commitment to literacy and your ability to understand student interests. These are huge strengths to all educators. I wonder if you learned anything about how you teach and/or interact with students? In small group settings such as these I feel like we learn a lot about who we are as educators - past what we learn about how to educate. I'd be interested in learning how exactly you talked to the students to gauge their interests. -Alex"
