Rationale

In this section, you will find my work that fits well under standard 5, Using Content Knowledge to Build Meaningful Curriculum. My NAEYC Advice Guide fits well under this standard because it revolves around key element 5c. In this work, I am explaining how I would work as a professional when using a particular standard and how I would use my knowledge to meet the standard. Then, you will find a unit plan I created.  This unit plan fits well under each key element because I am using my content knowledge to put it together and added the appropriate learning standards that fit with each lesson. This unit plan is showing that I know how to create my own lessons correctly.
