Rationale

In this section of my portfolio, you will find a paper I wrote about about a family who adopted an african american child. This fits well under NAEYC's standard 2, Building family and Community Relationships, and the key element's 2a and 2b because it is showing understanding in diverse families and supporting families relationships. Then, you will find an ethical dilemma I resolved that fits well under this standards key elements 2b and 2c. Resolving an ethical dilemma fits well under this category because it is showing how I would handle a dilemma with a child and their family members.
